Galway’s g Hotel in Ireland has become even more stylish with a stunning one-million-euro makeover of its lobby, signature lounges, restaurant, and cocktail bar.Managed by Choice Hotel Group Ireland, this five-star luxury hotel near Lough Atalia now boasts a fresh, unique look. Each area on the ground floor has its own distinct personality.Since opening in 2005 with designer Philip Treacy, the g Hotel has been a hotspot for fashion and design lovers. Its bold use of dark and light, bright colors, large mirrors, and striking artwork makes it stand out.The €1 million renovation was inspired by the avant-garde, aiming to celebrate individuality in each signature lounge.The Grand Salon is known for its natural light, high ceilings, and views over Lough Atalia. The updated design keeps its chic, elegant vibe, with a new cocktail bar reflecting the beautiful views. Soft colors andluxurious fabrics make it a cozy spot for afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks.The restaurant, now called GEO, underwent the biggest change. By removing the wall between the restaurant and cocktail bar, it now offers a spacious, open feel. GEO features a new garden terrace, creating a fresh botanical theme with vibrant greenery and eye-catching decor.The other two Signature Lounges have also been updated. The Pink Room is elegant with blush pink velvets, tasselled chairs, and brass accents. The Blue Roomfeatures a mix of ginger, charcoal, and rich timber, making it a warm, inviting space.
